Download the Data

Before downloading the data, you need to first get the list of all your recordings.

The physical device must be on and within range of your computer to download recordings.

Data from a full night of sleep will be approximately 250MB. The data will be automatically saved to the local folder where the SDK is stored.

If the user wishes to have a second remote customer to analyse the data without access to the device, they will have to download the data and send the file to the second user independently of the SDK.

Important! IDUN Technologies recommends that you use a secure file-sharing system to share this data with your team.

To download the data run this script: download_data.py (hyperlinked to our Public GitHub).

To run the script you will have to insert the device ID along with the recording ID. Please make sure that the device ID entered is in the format shown below.

If you are using macOS you will be able to find the Device ID in the correct format in the terminal output.
