Python SDK Issues

This page details the common terminal messages that may occur when using the Python SDK.

If the recording does not work, make sure

• Your IDUN Guardian Earbuds are turned on and in range of your personal device (computer/laptop/phone). Range: 3 meters (10ft).
• The IDUN Guardian Earbuds battery is charged. If the battery is below or at 40% please charge the IGEB before starting a long/night recording (~10 hours).

If there is a connection issue, try

• Turning your personal device’s (computer/laptop/phone) Bluetooth connection on and off.
• Then turn your IDUN Guardian Earbuds on and off and re-try connecting.

If the Bluetooth issue continues, please check that your OS is compatible with the Python SDK. If it is not, we recommend updating your OS version.
